Shipping & Returns

If for any reasaon you're not satisfied with an item, just return it to us within 30 days of purchase. All returns, except manufacturer defects, must be unused and in original, salable condition. Used or washed merchandise is not returnable. To return any item, call our customer service department for a return authorization. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue your choice of credit, refund, or exchange. Items are subject to a 20% restocking charge after inspection. Customer is responsible for returning the product to Lucas Beauty after obtaining an RA number
